We are hiring HR Generalist for our HR department based in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities includes the following.
- Maintains a human resources system to meets top management information needs.
- Overseas the analysis, maintenance, and records maintenance.
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain Attendance Report, Pay Roll & Leave management.
Education and Skills Required:
- Graduate (specialization in HRM will be preferred)
- Must have at 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Must have strategic understanding of HR functions
- Must have good communication skills
- Can work comfortably with MS Office (proficiency in MS-Excel is preferred)
- Can join us on immediate basis
