We are looking for a Jr. System and Network Administrator.
- Provide support and maintain servers, including installation, configuration, and ongoing support of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Help implement network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Implement and manage network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, including hardware and software failures, to ensure reliability and availability.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect data and minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and services, including updates and patches.
- Maintain documentation of network and system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution or escalation to higher-level support as needed.
- Provide basic support for Active Directory, user account management, and group policies.COMPANY BENEFITS:
