We are hiring International Sales Executives for our sales and business development team based in Houston TX USA. .LN Technologies is an Enterprise App Development company that specializes in developing enterprise apps and cloud based solutions for small, midsize & Large Enterprises.



Job description



We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at LN Tech. This role is responsible for handling US Recruitment process.



The candidate should possess excellent written communication skills in English, as we handle several overseas processes. They should be comfortable with working night shifts, if required, and have a zeal to learn and contribute to processes that need help.



The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and HR, with excellent skills in basic mathematics and willingness to learn techniques for data-driven manpower forecasting and estimation.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Recruit top talent for domestic and overseas roles

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

  • Analyze recruitment data to optimize processes

  • Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Education and Skills Required:



-Must have at more than 2 years of relevant experience in US Recruitment
-Should have strategic understanding of all HR functions
-Must speak fluent English
-Can work comfortably with MS Office
-Must possess good communication skills
